Arlington, MA - Flooring/Paint/Staircase Repairs

For this project Excelsior was engaged to do some home beautification updates. This included removing the existing old dated carpet. We then painstakenly removed the carpet adhesives to minimize disturbing the underlying flooring. We then finished the entire room in an amazing light oak luxury vinyl plank flooring. Once completed we also repaired the clients chainlink fence out front that a car has backed through, touched up the paint in the room, installed new colonial baseboard molding, and resurfaced the staircase after also removing carpet, and adhesives then custom making a new nose and cover for the landing which was previously made out of simple plywood. Now the client and his family can enjoy their new multi-use space for years to come.
